We hope you love your Josephine & Me purchase, but if for any reason you are not 100% happy and need to send it back we please ask that you do this within 21 days.
Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all labels still intact. For hygiene reasons we unfortunately cannot accept returns on earrings and any swimwear that does not have its hygiene strip intact.
We are so sorry if you receive a faulty item from us and we hope that you’ll forgive us. Please get in touch with our customer care team and they will happily help you. Please note that faulty items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
